DAYTON POWDER BROWS IS AN EXCLUSIVE STUDIO OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DETAILED, ARTISTIC, SEMI-INVASIVE SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY. ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO. 

COVID-19: In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick or are sick yourself, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME! During this unprecedented time, ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations are encouraged to call 937-985-0879 and leave a detailed voice message.

LATENESS: Guest should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in.  WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new booking fee of $150 will be required to re-book or reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled permanent makeup appointment time. Full price will be required for any other services.

CANCELLATIONS: Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Permanent Makeup booking fees/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your non-refundable booking fee.  Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours notice.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:
We kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, husbands, wives, children, pets, etc to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars near our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

BOOKING FEES: A $150 non-refundable Booking fee is required and due immediately upon booking in order to secure a session. The booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment when you arrive to your appointment.

All Booking fees and monies paid are non-refundable.

WAITLIST: We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments. However, please speak to our concierge directly by phone if you would like to be added to the waitlist. Please call 937.985.0879!

TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS: If your included touch up is not scheduled within the allotted time frame (8-12 weeks), you will be required to pay the touch up rate of $150 for this service.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (info@daytonpowderbrows.com) BEFORE booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many sessions you received. We cannot guarantee results for all cases such as these. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, large, or hard to work around, tattoo removal will be highly recommended. If you have previous permanent makeup and do not inform us, you will forfeit your booking fee and your appointment canceled.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Dayton Powder Brows reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• YOU are responsible for checking the candidacy guidelines prior to booking a session. If you arrive to an appointment and cannot receive treatment due to disregarding the listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee will be forfeited.
• Please note, Permanent Cosmetics may not fully replace wearing makeup. The healed results will vary with each client. Filling in your brows with pencil, powder, or other makeup may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the natural healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made. Any additional sessions requested will be charged accordingly.
• If you want us to touch up someone else’s work, please send a photo for us to determine if it is possible. A touch up of someone else’s work will be treated as a new permanent makeup session. No exceptions.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time.
• If you decide to go elsewhere for your touch up, we will no longer accept you as a client for any service.
